Hi, I'm Tegan! I'm a travel advisor who helps families, couples, and friend groups to curate and experience travel with clarity, comfort, and whole lot less stress.
Outside of travel, I've spent years as an educator, a homeschooling mom, and an operational strategist. Each of these experiences helps me in supporting you in your travel plans because being a travel advisor involves so much more than simply enjoying travel.
Whether you're a family looking to reconnect, a couple craving rejuvenation, or a seasoned cruiser ready for your next adventure, I curate trips that align with who you are and where you at. Everyone should feel empowered to plan their trips on their own, but for those who would prefer to outsource the research, logistics, and upkeep, working with me is a fantastic option.

Schedule a consultation
Once we connect, we'll schedule your free consultation. This is typically a 45-minute call to go over your travel aspirations and help me learn more about your preferences, budget, and more. During this call, we'll also go over my processes, services, and more. You'll receive a follow-up, via email, summarizing our discussion. This will give you time to reflect and discuss before deciding to hire me to plan your travels.
Begin all the fun
Once you have reviewed & signed the Client Agreement Form and paid the planning fee for your desired service tier, I'll begin to put together an amazing travel proposal for you. You'll receive this proposal and, upon approval, I'll get to work at building it out into the trip you've been dreaming of.
Staying in touch
We'll stay in touch throughout the planning process via monthly emails that keep you abreast of where we're at in the planning process and gaining your approval for any decisions or approvals that may be needed.
Finalize your plans
Approximately 45 days before travel, you'll receive an updated itinerary that shows all of the components of your trip. This enables you to review and gain clarity into the trip while also verifying all information, and preferences, are accurate. At this time, we'll start weekly email check-ins to get you excited for your trip.
Enjoy your trip
Make all the memories and have an amazing time! Depending on the service tier you have selected, you'll have access to me throughout the trip to ensure all goes smoothly.
Return home
Coming home after an amazing trip is always difficult, but it doesn't have to be! I'll follow up to schedule a Welcome Home call where you can provide me with a recap of your trip and feedback about how it went. Many clients even start discussing their next trip during this call!

This is an exclusive trip for moms who need a little R&R time. Great for reconnecting with yourself, quality time with friends, or meeting new friends.
Travel with Me
Join fellow homeschooling families on a week-long trip to Williamsburg, Virginia. Families will learn about the American Revolution, make incredible memories at Busch Gardens, and explore the natural beauty of the region.
These aren't the only ways to see the world, but they're my specialty, and for good reason.
During our complimentary consultation, I'll provide you with an overview of my services, outlined below.

- Day-by-day itinerary
Planning Fee: $200
Travel plans with more complex needs will include:
- Complimentary consultation call

- Booking of flights
- Custom itinerary based on your preferences & budget
- Final itinerary on a personalized app
- Flight monitoring during travel
- Emergency contact while in travel

Planning Fee: $400
Traveling with a group or across multiple destinations? Concierge planning is available for clients who would prefer this VIP experience. This service will include everything within Tier 3 plus:
- Unlimited travel planning for 1 full year
- Consultation call for each trip
- Monthly check-in call
- VIP upgrades, when available, for travel components
- Travel concierge services during each trip
